Thank you for expressing your interest in serving our community, and for your commitment to "get the church out of the four walls and into the city"! The following form is easy and quick to fill out, and will help us match your skills and interests with needs in our local community. The form is confidential, and the information is only kept in a database at Advancing Vibrant Communities, Inc., and with your church. We do not share mailing lists or confidential database information with other organizations or individuals!

Please take a few minutes to complete this form and electronically submit it to us. As soon as your information is received, we will begin surveying our local community for needs that match your skills and interests. You will be contacted with opportunities, and you have the option to meet the need or not. The person or entity with the need does not receive your name unless you decide to contact them.
