The church in this country has more than enough resources to meet the desperate needs of your neighborhood and mine! We begin connecting real needs with real answers in simple but meaningful ways: driving a shut-in or disabled person to a medical appointment; adopting a highly visible street and keeping it clean; reading to children after school; tutoring children; painting out graffiti at the end of the block; taking a meal to a family who has just lost a loved one…the list goes on and on.
We can partner on a simple but radical mission:
Help move people out of the four walls of the church and into their neighborhoods, to personally serve the needs of the people who surround them!
